About BAE Demolition

Luke started his career off working within Sydney, the Central Coast, and Newcastle regions of NSW for an asbestos removal and residential demolition company. While here Luke travelled with the company to regional areas of NSW to execute small and large projects.  As Luke's professional experience grew, he started to operate various sized machinery, this would then see Luke continue his career growth moving into the civil and mining industry of NSW, QLD, and WA. 

For several years now in supervising roles, Luke has combined his professional interest in asbestos removal and demolition within the civil industry. This has led to Luke establishing his own company.  BAE Demolition is based on the Sunshine Coast and services the whole of Queensland.

Jess works behind the scenes of BAE Demolition to keep the systems running. For the last 15 years, Jess has worked within leadership roles, with a heavy focus on compliance. Her most recent role as Operations Manager has been leading a  company of over 100 employees in NSW and QLD. Jess still enjoys supporting the NSW and QLD company by maintaining compliance requirements, payroll, and direct business related tasks.

Baylin is 9 years old and is the heart and soul of BAE Demolition. Baylin loves to welcome new clients with his dad Luke and then supports Jess in the office by making sure everything is restocked and ready to go. He is the master wrangler of our sausage dog Whiskey.  We are very lucky to have Baylin on our team.
